Conference Fee
The conference fee covers conference materials and activities, lunch and coffee breaks, and closing party.
Active member of LNA — early – free of charge, late 10 Eur, on the conference day 15 Eur
Non-member of LNA (regular) — early – 30 Eur, late 40 Eur, on the conference day 50 Eur
Non-member of LNA (student) — early – 10 Eur, late 15 Eur, on the conference day 20 Eur
The deadline for early registration fee is 18th November 2024, 24:00 (time zone UTC/GMT +2:00 hours).
Please note the payment on the conference day can only be made via this website (there will be NO POSSIBILITY to pay in cash or with a credit card on site).
Registration to the Conference
All participants are required to register for the conference. Please make sure you have paid the conference fee/activated your membership first. Only then will you receive access to the registration form.
Here are the steps for a successful registration:
- Log in/create an account.
- Pay the conference fee / renew membership:
- For members: Please check your membership status under your profile; once you have paid the most recent membership you will become an active member. If you wish to become a new member, please first read instructions here.
- For non-members: please make a conference fee payment.
- Register for the conference (after successful payment the form will be visible below. Please open the conference site again / refresh this website if needed to see the registration form).

The best posters will be awarded – please submit your abstract! To participate in the Poster session, first you are required to submit an abstract. Abstract submission deadline – 7th November, 24:00 (time zone UTC/GMT +2:00 hours). Please note – the deadline is final!

All authors will be contacted on 8th-11th November. If you haven’t received a reply by then, please contact the organizers straight away at lna.conference.2024@gmail.com.
Poster Session
You are expected to present your poster based on your abstract during the poster session and answer questions. We strongly encourage an active participation in the poster session that will take place during the Conference. Please speak to the organizers at the registration desk once you have arrived at the venue. You will be assigned a stand to hang your poster on; pins will be provided.
Requirements for posters:
- Poster orientation: portrait
- Poster size: A1 (594×841 mm)
Poster printing expenses can be covered for all active LNA members.
To get reimbursement please do the following:
- Print your poster at the printing house of your choice (NOTE: You must print-out the poster yourself!);
- Ask for an invoice that must be issued to Lietuvos neuromokslų asociacija, Company code 300007300;
- Get a payment receipt;
- Preferred way: Find the Google doc folder Compensation for posters printing. Fill in the excel sheet (your name, Invoice number, your bank account details), upload the invoice and the receipt to the subfolder “Documents”.
- An alternative way: Bring the invoice, the receipt, with your name and bank account details on another side of the invoice, to Ramunė Grikšienė on the day of the conference.
- In case you have questions: send and e-mail to ramune.griksiene@gf.vu.lt .
- The reimbursement will be proceeded until the end of December.
Venue
The conference will be held at auditorium R106, Life Sciences Center of Vilnius University, Sauletekio al. 7, Vilnius. Please follow the signs to the conference hall and registration desk.
The parking area of the Life Sciences Center (Nemencines pl. 3D, Vilnius) will be kept open and free of charge for your convenience. You can locate the entrance to the parking place by using this link (https://goo.gl/maps/xgNPzw4oeFFnGy718).
During the event, photographs will be taken and used for event publicity purposes.
